These terms govern the use of the website and platform of SAFEATLA ("SAFEATLA"), with address at Rua Amadeu Sousa Cardoso 5A 3D, Abrantes, Santarém, Portugal. By using the site, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Use of the service
You undertake to use the website and platform lawfully, without harming their operation, security or the rights of third parties, and to provide truthful information in forms and requests.
2. Account and client portal
Access to the client portal is personal. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out on your account. Notify us immediately in case of unauthorised use.
3. Proposals and quotes
The values, estimates and proposals presented (including those generated or indicated through the site or the virtual assistant) are informative and non-binding. A quote is only final after a technical survey and formal written confirmation by SAFEATLA. Unless otherwise stated, prices shown do not include VAT at the legal rate in force.
4. Virtual assistant
The virtual assistant provides supporting information and may contain inaccuracies. Its replies do not constitute binding technical, legal or financial advice, nor do they replace contact with our team.
5. Intellectual property
The SAFEATLA brand, logo, texts, images and platform software are the property of SAFEATLA or its licensors and are protected by law. Their reproduction or use without authorisation is not permitted.
6. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, SAFEATLA is not liable for interruptions, temporary unavailability or decisions taken on the basis of merely informative content presented on the site. Nothing in these terms limits the rights granted to consumers by law.
7. Third-party links
The site may contain links to third-party services (for example, social networks or WhatsApp). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those services.
8. Privacy
The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Law no. 58/2019 of 8 August.
9. Applicable law and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. The Portuguese courts have jurisdiction to settle disputes, unless a mandatory legal provision states otherwise. In the event of a consumer dispute, the consumer may resort to an alternative consumer dispute resolution entity; see the list available on the Portuguese Consumer Portal.
