Why we have no catalogue
A catalogue forces you to choose from what we happen to hold. What a site actually needs rarely matches that.
We work the other way round: tell us what you need — by part number, by photograph, by describing what the installation requires, or from the project list. We source the material, confirm compatibility and come back with a quotation covering what we found, and the alternatives where they exist. More work for us, less time lost for you.
From request to shipment
Request
Send the list, the project or the description. The more you can say about the installation, the better we can quote.
Quotation
We come back with part numbers, quantities and price. If there is a better-suited alternative for your case, we say so.
Confirmation
You confirm what you want. Only then do we move to purchase.
Sourcing
We gather the material and check the order item by item before sealing the consignment.
Shipment
We prepare the shipping documentation and follow it through to the agreed destination.

The advantage of buying from an installer: we know what the material is for. If the list contains a component incompatible with the rest, we are likely to catch it before the order ships.
What we need to know
- What you need — list, part numbers, project or description of the installation
- Quantities, and whether equivalent alternatives are acceptable
- Destination — country and city of delivery
- The date you need the material on site
- Who imports — whether you already have someone handling clearance at destination
Documentation and customs clearance
This is where orders get delayed, so it is worth being clear. In Angola, import licensing is processed through the Foreign Trade Information Platform using the Single Document. Where goods are subject to prior licensing, the tax authority will not clear them without that licence.
In practice: the documentation has to be right before the goods leave, and the import process at destination needs a defined owner. We prepare the shipping documentation on our side, along with the itemised list that clearance requires.
What we do not do
- We hold no permanent stock. Every order is sourced.
- We do not install at destination. We install in Portugal and across Europe; in Africa we supply material.
- We do not sell over a counter. There is no physical shop — everything runs by request.
- We do not advise on local regulations. Import compliance rests with the importer.
